Exploded assembly

Isometric-style, layers pulled apart along the depth axis (front at top)
Same model and constants as tyler-enclosure and tyler-3d. Layer thicknesses are typical values and approximate: front bezel plate and back cover = wall thickness; glass 0.7 / 1.1, cell 1.4 / 1.8, backlight 1.5 / 2.5 (4″ / 10″); flex 0.2 with bend radius ≥ 1.5 (larger when needed to clear the backlight); board 5, battery 6 / 8; 0.2 between bezel and glass, 0.3 side clearance, 1.0 behind the flex, 0.5 before the back cover (mm). Panel outlines from the bezel research; the active area is assumed centred in the outline.
